WILKES Patent Law | Patent Agency Professional Corporation is involved in the prosecution of patent applications throughout the world.  The firm files national and regional patent applications itself and through foreign lawyers and patent agents.  Regional applications include Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) applications and European applications, among others.
